Operator: 17338406 Canada Inc, contactable at hello@meetingtime.cc.
MeetingTime places an automated phone call about one minute before each of your Google Calendar meetings. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices. We collect the minimum needed to run the service and we do not sell your data.
Information we collect
- Google account email — to identify your account and contact you about the service.
- Google Calendar data (read-only) — via OAuth, we read your calendar list and your events' start times and titles so we know when to call you. We request only the read-only scopes
calendar.calendarlist.readonlyandcalendar.events.readonly. We do not access your email, files, contacts, or any other Google data, and we never create, edit, or delete calendar events. - Phone number — the number you verify with a one-time code, so we can place your reminder calls.
- Consent records — a timestamp, your IP address, and the policy version at the moment you agree to receive calls (required for TCPA compliance).
- Billing information — your subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Call and service records — logs of the reminder calls we place (time, status, duration) and your opt-out/suppression state, kept for reliability and legal compliance.
- Technical logs — standard server logs (e.g. request metadata) for security and debugging.
How we use your information
- To schedule and place the reminder calls you ask for.
- To operate your account, authenticate you, and provide support.
- To process your subscription and prevent duplicate or unauthorized billing.
- To honor opt-outs and maintain do-not-call suppression.
- To secure the service, debug issues, and meet legal obligations.
Google user data — Limited Use
MeetingTime's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use your Google Calendar data only to provide and improve the reminder-call feature you requested.
- We do not transfer or sell this data to third parties except as needed to provide the service, for security, or to comply with law.
- We do not use this data for advertising.
- We do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your consent for a specific support issue, it's necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated/anonymized.
Consent for calls (TCPA)
We place calls only to the number you verified, and only after you explicitly agree to receive them. We record that consent with a timestamp. We never call an unverified number and we never place marketing calls.
Who we share data with (subprocessors)
We share data only with the providers that make the service work, each acting on our behalf:
- Google — to read your calendar (read-only), with your authorization.
- Twilio — to send your verification SMS and place your reminder calls.
- Stripe — to process your subscription payments.
- Neon — our managed database host, where your account data is stored.
- Railway — our application hosting provider.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Data retention and deletion
- We keep your account data while your account is active.
- Call and billing records are retained as needed for reliability and legal/compliance purposes.
- Deleting your account: email hello@meetingtime.cc (or use the in-app control where available) and we will delete your personal data, except records we must retain by law. Revoking MeetingTime's access from your Google Account permissions immediately stops all calendar access.
Security
Google refresh tokens are encrypted at rest; all traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS. We limit access to production data to what's necessary to operate the service.
Your choices
- Opt out of calls: press 9 during any call to unsubscribe instantly, or opt out from your account page. Once you opt out, you stay out.
- Disconnect Google: revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Delete your account: contact hello@meetingtime.cc.
Children
MeetingTime is not directed to children and is intended for users 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Where we operate
MeetingTime currently serves US and Canadian phone numbers. Your data is processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; we'll change the "Effective date" above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
